Nicole Scherzinger has listed the mansion she showed off on Architectural Digest’s Open Door series last year to the tune of $7.995 million, reports Variety. The four-story contemporary residence set high above L.A.’s Sunset Strip spans 4,602 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and boasts a clean-lined aesthetic. Scherzinger made a number of significant changes and upgrades in the four-and-a-half years since she first moved in. Perhaps the biggest one was knocking down a wall on the main level to allow for unobstructed views of the city courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows in the formal dining room. Scherzinger told AD that the views were a huge selling point for her when she originally bought the home for $3.75 million.

One gets the same views from the attached kitchen, which revolves around a custom-built marble-top center island, and features Calacatta marble counters and custom wood cabinets. The den is tucked away on the same level, and is one of Scherzinger’s favorite rooms because “it’s so cozy,” as she told AD, and features more stunning views.

The main suite is situated on the penthouse level, with a cozy nook just outside the bedroom where Scherzinger presently keeps her grand piano. The suite is glamorous, with a linear black marble fireplace set directly opposite a nook for the bed, a sitting area, and access to a spacious private terrace. The en suite bathroom features white Calacatta marble floors, with a deep-soaking tub, steam shower, and even a two-sided vanity that shares one mirror, with one side specifically set up for a red carpet-level glam session.

The house also boasts a home theater with plush sofa beds and lights embedded into the carpeted stairs, a guest bedroom converted into a gym, and a “plaque wall” where the Masked Singer judge keeps all of her trophies and accolades. A spalike indoor-outdoor lounge area features a big screen TV for outdoor movie nights, a small saltwater pool, and a swing that pushes out over the pool and overlooks the city below.
